1. About AM Sports

AM Sports is a private, invite-only digital community platform for sports and social activities based in Madrid, Spain, operated by Dave Wyss ("we", "us", "our"). The platform enables members to organise matches, events, and group activities.

2. Eligibility and access

AM Sports is invite-only. To join, you must receive a direct invitation from an existing member or the administrator. By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will keep your account credentials confidential

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use AM Sports only for its intended purpose — organising and participating in sports and social activities. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Post or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages

4. Member conduct

AM Sports is a community built on mutual respect. Members are expected to treat each other with courtesy both within the app and at organised events. The administrator reserves the right to remove any member who violates these standards, without prior notice.

5. Events and activities

AM Sports facilitates the organisation of sports events and social activities. By RSVPing to an event, you commit to attending or cancelling with reasonable notice. You acknowledge that:

• Physical activities carry inherent risk — you participate at your own risk
• AM Sports is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in organised activities
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate

6. Payments

Some activities may require a financial contribution (e.g. pitch fees). Payment terms and amounts are communicated through the app by the group administrator. Failure to pay may result in suspension from future events.

7. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to AM Sports (such as profile photos or messages). By submitting content, you grant AM Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your use of AM Sports is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

9. Termination

You may stop using AM Sports at any time by contacting us to delete your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

AM Sports is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AM Sports and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any organised activity.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AM Sports shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AM Sports after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of material changes through the app.
